Online Account

Any order placed using your account will be considered as an order placed by you. Stylenote Jewelry will not be held liable for any unauthorized access caused by compromised account details.

Stylenote Jewelry reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice. Any pending or prepaid orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any user without assigning a reason. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the unavailability of services.


Warranty and Liability

Stylenote Jewelry is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of our products. While we strive to maintain the highest quality, we shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivering our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Damaged Products

Our quality control team ensures all products are inspected before dispatch. However, if your product is damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement of the same or similar item depending on stock availability.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at Stylenotelifestyle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Attach a clear picture of the damaged product.

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be entertained.


Missed Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the order is not accepted or picked up during these attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping Charges: ₹250

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, the order will be re-shipped only after full advance payment, including the re-shipping fee.
