Didn’t fall in love with your sparkle? Changed your mind after receiving your order? Don’t worry—we’ve got your back. At Stylenote Jewelry, we understand that sometimes fashion choices can shift, and we never want you to feel stuck with something you won’t use.

We value your experience and your money, which is why we’ve created a simple 3-step return process. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used for your next purchase.

How to Return Your Order (3-Step Process)

1. Inform Us
Email us at Stylenotelifestyle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Clear image(s) of the item(s) you wish to return

2. Return the Product
Once we approve your request, ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days.
Please ensure the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packed safely in its original packaging

Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.

3. Get Your Refund Code
After receiving your return, we’ll perform a quick quality check and issue a refund coupon code (store credit) within 3 business days. This code is valid for 1 year and can be used for any future purchase on our store.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (usually within 2 hours of placing the order).

  • COD orders will be confirmed via phone before dispatch.

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a coupon code refund or a refund to your original payment method (after a 5% payment gateway deduction).

Refund Policy Overview

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are issued as one-time use coupon codes, valid for 1 year.

  • Bank transfers or original payment method refunds are not applicable for returns, except for eligible cancellations.

Deductions

  • ₹250 will be deducted for return shipping (both forward and reverse) in case of rejected COD/prepaid deliveries.

  • If your order had free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund codes used in an order that is not accepted will expire and cannot be reused.

  • Refund codes are not combinable with other discount codes.

Product Eligibility for Return

  • All products are returnable for a coupon code unless:

    • The product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging

    • Return is requested after 48 hours of delivery or not shipped back within 5 days

  • Products returned in a damaged state can be re-shipped to you with an additional charge of ₹125.

Damaged Product Received?

All our pieces go through strict quality checks, but in rare cases, damage may occur in transit. Here’s what to do:

1. Inform Us Within 48 Hours

  • Email us at stylenotelifestyle@gmail.com

  • Include unboxing video or clear photos of the damage

  • Our team will respond within 48 hours

2. Reverse Pickup (India Only)

  • If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (no extra charge)

  • Ensure the package is ready; missed pickups will need self-shipping by the customer

3. Resolution

  • We’ll ship a replacement if available, or issue a refund coupon code

  • No cash/bank refunds for damaged item cases

Note on Refunds from Token Amounts (for COD Orders)

  • Token amount is non-refundable for unaccepted/cancelled COD orders

  • If your token was more than ₹250, the excess will be refunded via coupon code
